DynRisk events are used to link to objects in other DynRisk models or result files. By using such events you can initiate simulations on other models, and incorporate the results in the current model. You can also resample results from a previous simulation, and use this as a part of the current model. By importing data from other sources, you can even resample from e.g., historical data files.
By combining several DynRisk events, you can do more sophisticated things. You may e.g., let the current model modify the parameter values of another model according to the output of certain nodes. You can then run a simulation on the modified model, and incorporate the results in the current model.
Another example is to build two different scenario models. Then from the current model, you initiate a simulation from one of these two scenarios and incorporate the results in the current model. The choice of scenario could be dependent on the output value of some node in the current model.
